Gianne Carlo Nalangan
Founder and Principal Attorney
Gianne Carlo Nalangan is an attorney admitted by the State Bar of California. He graduated from San Francisco State University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. Gianne obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2020. He graduated as one of the top students in his class and has won multiple awards for his skills in legal research and writing, and advocacy, including winning first place in the nation for his team's brief in the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.
After law school, Gianne worked at Candelaria P.C. in Walnut Creek, California, on issues involving divorce, spousal support, property division, child custody and visitation, and child support claims. Additionally, Gianne worked as a paralegal at Sims Family Law Group in Oakland, California, on similar divorce and child custody issues during law school, and at Kern Segal & Murray in Daly City, California, as a law clerk on personal injury issues. Graduating with high honors, Gianne earned his paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University's American Bar Association-approved paralegal program. Prior to becoming an attorney, Gianne had around seven years of experience in the legal field.
Gianne provides legal services in family law, elder law, probate litigation, and estate planning. In his practice, Gianne's approach is to provide strong advocacy for his clients, and to ensure his clients have a clear and thorough understanding of the law and the legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.
Gianne is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA), Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County (APABA), Philippine American Bar Association (PABA), and LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. His hobbies include playing tennis and hiking.
